Anti-aircraft missile regiment equipped with S-300 systems formed in Belarus

The decision to found a new military unit was made last year by the Commander-in-chief during his working trip to the Luninets district. The military unit is located in Luninets in close proximity to the border with Ukraine. And as the Minister of Defense of our country noted today, Belarus adequately responds to modern challenges and threats. At the time when the Ukrainian leadership demonstrates unpredictability of its actions, we are forced to act. Victor Khrenin noted, that the best specialists were assigned to serve in Luninets. The regiment has been equipped with modern weapons. A good educational material base has been created here. Barracks for military personnel have been fixed. A dwelling house has been built for the families of the military.
